Why are the showroom lights off during office hours?
Visitors sometimes ask why our showroom lights are off during office hours. The simple answer: no one is using the space at that moment.
Our entire office—including the showroom, meeting rooms, staff areas, and warehouse—is equipped with motion sensors. This smart lighting system was first implemented over 16 years ago, and in 2024, all 65 PIR (Passive Infrared) sensors were successfully relocated to our new office.
This setup significantly reduces electricity consumption and ensures lights are never left on unnecessarily. Unlike the previous tenant who had over 60 light switches, we now have just one—for the reception area. No more walking around the office to turn off lights room by room. The system takes care of it automatically.
